Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a dollar amount or any service we offer. If you receive a gift certificate for a service you do not want it may be used towards another service or product you would like. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. If a balance remains it may be used towards your next service or home care products. Gift Certificates do not include gratuities and may not be used for this purpose.
Home Care
Our colour design and perm treatments are 100% guaranteed with the use of the recommended Redken home care. Home care is essential to help prolong the health and manageability of the design created by our educated stylist team. To re-enforce the spa service you receive we have a full line of Guinot and SpaRitual products.

Spa Form
If you are a guest to our spa we will ask that you fill out a health history form. This form is for your protection and health concern so our spa therapist may offer a service tailored to your specific needs.
Late Policy
To avoid disappointment please be on time. If late we reserve the right to reschedule with applicable charges or you may continue with the service for the balance of the time allotted.
Payment Method
Cash Visa Mastercard Debit Gift certificate.
Cancellations
24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a single service; 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a spa package or multiple a la carte services. Please be aware that you will be charged 50% of the service if you change your appointment without the appropriate time allowed.
Quiet Zone
Please be considerate of others; our spa area is a cell phone free environment. Please turn them off.
Gratuities
Gratuities are always appreciated at your discretion.
